Portable Flare Stack Specifications
  • Three to choose from: 20' rigid, 25' rigid or 30' quickfold
  • All stacks use 3" SCH40 pipe
  • 30' folding flare stack folds in half for full transport
  • Overall width approximately 8' for stability
  • Four independent adjustable outriggers for added stability during use
  • All models have two 3500 lb Torflex axles with 225-75R15 radial tires
  • 10,000 lb A-frame hitch with 2 5/16" ball
  • Heavy duty construction - 2 x 4 x .188 HSS frame
  • Pipe racks hold sixteen 2" supply lines 10-15' long (not included)
  • All corners are gusseted and reinforced for rough terrain and prolonged use
  • 2500 lb Warren winch for raising and lowering flare stack and for loading separator tank
  • Electronic igniter system for easy lighting even in windy conditions; will run up to 20 days on single charge
  • Battery 800 amp cold crank for winch & igniter system - recharges when hooked up to truck trailer plug
  • Fittings in place for sight glass and vac lines (not included)
  • Knock out tank holds approximately 800 litres of liquid & is good for 14 PSI or less
