I am pleased to provide this standing letter of reference for Dana McCracken and his crew at Team Work Ag. and Industrial Ltd.

In my capacity as Project Manager in charge of construction for Pipestone Feeders Ltd. I had occasion to work closely with Dana and his crew as they were contracted to pound all the fence posts and build and install all of the gates for Pipestone Feeders' 6000 head feedlot project which was completed in the fall of 2002.

Dana had his crew and equipment on site when requested, completed his work promptly and with attention to detail and was very helpful both to myself and other contractors involved with the project. His people were pleasant, accommodating and generally great to work with. When weather delays threatened to put the project behind schedule, Dana was able to shuffle his own schedule to provide more men and equipment to get us back on track which was greatly appreciated by me and Pipestone Feeders Ltd. I cannot recommend Team Work Ag. and Industrial highly enough.
